Where is my order?
We always provide a tracking number as soon as possible. Go to “My Account” > “Orders” and click on the proper order. You will find a button which will show the tracking number to you.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Can I get my money back?
If your product is eligible concerning the return policy of course. We will pay you the money back without any required interaction from your side.
